"My husband and I have been clients with James Carlton State Farm Insurance Agency for over ten years. We have had only professional and positive experiences with James and the team at the office. Stephanie, Barbara, and Catherine are the agents we usually communicate with when we have questions about our policies or a claim. These team members are very knowledgeable when answering our questions. They promptly return our phone calls if we leave a message (which is seldom), and will initiate a follow-up call (if needed) to ensure that all of our questions have been answered to our satisfaction. I definitely appreciate the fact that when my husband or I call the office, an actual person will pick up the telephone, answer our question(s), or give a message to the person we need to speak with. We recently had to file a claim, and Stephanie was the person who we communicated with regarding specific information about our claim. Her customer service is remarkable! She thoroughly explained the process we had to go through step by step. Although I had several questions to ask, Stephanie patiently answered and addressed every one of my questions and concerns, and that is something I definitely appreciate. A few weeks ago, my husband and I wanted a little more clarity related to a separate claim, so we called and talked with James. He explained in depth the entire process (unlike our claim adjuster/specialist), and when we got off the telephone with James, ALL of our questions were answered! I would recommend James Carlton State Farm Insurance Agency to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, patient, caring group of team members who definitely have their customers best interest at heart when providing insurance services."

"We had a hail damage claim that got a little complicated since the home had an addition constructed while the hail damage was being repaired. James did a great job working with us and the State Farm claims group to get our compensation and to settle the claim. James also did a very impressive job of helping us adjust the coverages we are carrying to better match our current situation. This saved us money and plugged a couple of gaps in coverage that we had."

"Catherine Baumann @ james carlton is the best! I have a new motorcycle coming. Stark Varg! It’s all electric…If you don't know, you pay sales tax for evs upfront and the dealer/manufacture completes all paperwork(need to provide insurance to dealer..) and license plates get sent to you in the mail……2025 will be the first year this motorcycle will street legal/on the road as an enduro bike …I called 3 other providers and no one has this bike in their system yet…everyone else needed me to send a photo of the VIN number on the frame to move forward. This isn't possible because I wont get the bike for 4 more months as it’s in production now. But i needed proof of insurance for Stark to move the process forward with registration… Catherine found a way. Went above and beyond. She knew time was of the essence for me + this odd situation and had a policy for me that day. Catherine was the 4th I called. Others haven’t called me back yet….Wish i woulda called Catherine first."

I had to get my car towed I called them and they came right on out to see about me. They took my car to the shop where I asked them to and the wait wasn't long either. "I had an awful experience with Progressive, which is why I switched to State Farm, and let me just say that this has been the best insurance experience I’ve had since I started driving!! I didn’t think it mattered who my insurance agent was but that is also not true— James’s office has been nothing short of amazing!! From helping me figure out which coverage was right for me to calling around and getting quotes for my broken windshield— I love this office and State Farm!! They helped me get my windshield fixed in less than 3 days (broken Wednesday, fixed Friday! Kenzie from this office is especially helpful! That is what you want from your insurance agency. How are the rates you ask? Just give them a call and compare for yourself. Top notch all around. Just used the emergency roadside straight from the StateFarm app last week and it couldn’t have been easier. 30min from the time of the request and the service truck arrived and I drove away in 15min. Not only are we saving $70 a month on our car insurance (2 vehicles), but I’m also very glad we switched for the added benefit of the Roadside Assistsnce they offer: One of our cars had a dead battery in the garage. We used the roadside service after we were unable to jump it. The driver arrived in about 15 minutes, and was the most professional tow truck driver I've ever dealt with. It made a stressful situation much easier."
