"I made the switch to Carlton State Farm a few years ago after hearing how much people loved working with James and his team. I recently had a very complicated situation I was dealing with on my auto policy and James and his team were so supportive during the entire process. Anytime I had a question or concern they made sure I had all the answers I needed. James was even kind enough to personally respond to a concern I had while he was on vacation. "I met with Bob Sullivan today who is taking over my account. Bob was helpful and quick. I told him I stay with State Farm instead of other companies because of the good track record of customer service over the years. Sure enough, when I called him a little later with follow up business, he answered the phone himself right away and we finished our task. I am off to a very happy start. I recommend this office!"

"I was brand new to James Carlton when my accident occured. James and his team were outstanding. There were many issues along the way (rental car, auto shop, impound yard, etc.) and James team, specifically Stephanie, was took care of everything. She was extremely responsive, and was always willing to go above and beyond to help resolve these problems. They even sent me a thoughtful note and gift card as an apology for the issues that were not in any way their fault. This team was a delight to work with, and while I hope it won't be necessary for me to call them again, I am glad to know I have them available if things go wrong. Thank you James and Steph!"

"So far on our 2nd month and our experience has been great. We were picking a car up on a Saturday and needed help Friday afternoon because we procrastinated. Setup went well and we were spending less for 2 cars than we were for my fiancé’s 1. Excuses excuses, we had a lot of Dr appts, holidays, new baby and we received very friendly reminders when action was needed from us. Again, very pleased with each step of the process and each member of the staff we have interacted with has been great."
