"We recently switched to James Carlton. Not only are we saving $70 a month on our car insurance (2 vehicles), but I’m also very glad we switched for the added benefit of the Roadside Assistsnce they offer: One of our cars had a dead battery in the garage. We used the roadside service after we were unable to jump it. The driver arrived in about 15 minutes, and was the most professional tow truck driver I've ever dealt with. It made a stressful situation much easier."

"It’s always unfortunate to be involved in an accident. However, having Great communication with your Insurance company is key! From beginning to end, State Farm was there (“like a good neighbor “). We went with an actual Jeep Dealer to estimate and complete our repairs. Chrysler Dodge Jeep in South County was Top Notch. Obviously communication between State Farm and them was seamless. We were always informed by both! Obviously, you never want an accident but if it happens, how it is handled is so important."
